We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene purposes. However, we accept exchanges if you ship the product back to us in unused and unopened condition. In this case you bear the Shipping cost for both returning and also getting a new one in exchange.

Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video. In this case all you have to do is drop an email along with the photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send a new one

Pretty Little Addons does not accept forced returns and are non-refundable.
